Meet Miss A., the BEAUTIFUL high school senior mini-session winner. I was so excited to receive Miss A.'s nomination - she holds a special place in my heart since she has cared for my boys in the church nursery and as our babysitter over the past few years. She has the most amazing smile and laugh (as you can see in these images), and her hair is GORGEOUS. I'm pretty sure she's going to appear in a Pantene commercial at some point in time. =)

Fall/Holiday Mini Sessions! - Vignettes Photography, Tucson's on-location family photographer

Vignettes Photography's Fall/Holiday Mini-Sessions are coming!

DATE: Saturday, November 6th, 2010

TIMES: 8:00 - 9:30am, & 3:30 - 5:00pm

LOCATION: Eagle Crest Ranch, on Oracle Rd., north of Pinto Lane

(Here are a couple photos from recent sessions at this location, for your enjoyment. =)

I have decided to allow whole families to book a single slot for this year's fall/holiday mini-sessions. (Immediate family members only.) The reason I am doing this is because I know that many of you are hoping to get some photos for holiday cards, and/or holiday portraits. This will allow you to book a mini-session rather than a full regular session if you like! Spring mini-sessions are more geared toward individual portraits, and have a limit of two subjects per slot. But I thought that I would open the fall/holiday mini-sessions up to whole families for your booking convenience!

Here are the details:

• Price: $50
• Mini-session slots last 15-20 minutes at the single location (this year, Eagle Crest Ranch).
• You will get a link to your personal, password-protected online album with 10 final images to choose from, three weeks from the session date - Saturday, November 27th, 2010. (Please note: this date has been updated since the original post.)
• Included FREE with your session is your choice of either one free full-resolution image download, OR $10 product credit that can be used on any prints or products that I offer. Both of these will expire one month from the album's posted date - Monday, December 27th, 2010. (Please note: this date has been updated since the original post.)
• You may receive 10% off any press-printed card order with Vignettes Photography - custom-designed press-printed cards that would be perfect for your family's holiday greetings! Card orders must be placed by Saturday, December 4th, 2010, in order to receive them in time for Christmas mailing.

Relaxin' with My Boys - Vignettes Photography, Tucson's on-location family and children's photographer

I enjoyed some nice, relaxing, family time with my boys last week. In spite of our battle with the flu, we still enjoyed the fresh mountain air, the beautiful yellow sunflowers that were everywhere, and the most beautiful cabin you'll ever see. Here are a few of my favorite shots....

There's just something about getting away from everyday life that is wonderfully refreshing. I hope you all enjoyed a relaxing Labor Day weekend!

Fall Scheduling - Vignettes Photography, Tucson's on-location portrait photographer

Hi, all! A quick update on booking your fall photo sessions. I am booking up fast! October is already full, and I only have a couple spots left for September and November. If you would like to book a session for this fall, please contact me as soon as possible to assure you get a spot. (Do feel free to contact me any time to see if there is a cancellation that might open up a date for you.)

I will be doing a Fall/Holiday Mini-Sessions Day on Saturday, November 6th. More details to come soon.

If you would like photos in time for Christmas (i.e. for Christmas cards or holiday portraits), you must book a session before Thanksgiving (November 25th) to allow for post-processing time. I will be offering holiday photo cards again this year, in both designer styles and completely customized styles!

And I have to share this photo of mommy and son. It warms my heart. It is definitely one of my top faves from their session.
