Hello, all!
I am back from a wonderful visit with my brother- and sister-in-law and my newest niece, who is the cutest little sweetcakes you've ever seen. I will share some photos later....
I wanted to let you all know that I am completely BOOKED for the remainder of 2010! Whew! It is going to be a whirlwind these next few months, but so fun! THANK YOU all for your support, your referrals and kind words that keep my business booming. I am so grateful to be able to do this creative job that I absolutely love. It is a joy to get to photograph such sweet people and share in you and your family's celebrations and growth.
The Fall/Holiday Mini-Sessions are now full, but please let me know if you are still interested and I will put you on the waiting list in case of a cancellation. I am so excited for this year's mini-sessions! I am literally wearing a big ol' smile on my face right now just thinking about them. They will be so much fun...I cannot wait to share some of the photos we capture that day.
I am already booking into the new year, so if you are interested in booking a session in January or February of 2011, don't delay! That is a great time for high school senior sessions, or a children's session to celebrate the new year. I will be offering a spring mini-session day as well, so stay tuned for that date.

I had been thinking that I would prefer this next shot in black and white, but I ended up really liking it in color - the contrast of each of their eyes is so striking.
We got some great ones with dad and mom....
And this shot was toward the end, when this sweet girly was so tired (she had boycotted her nap that day). I love the calm feel of this image, and I love that mom and dad are looking at their baby girl with such affection. I also love that the whole family is enveloped in each other's arms. Sweet....
Also, I wanted to announce a benefit I am doing for First Baptist Pre-K in Catalina. $20 from any regular session booked with me this school year will go to this awesome preschool if you mention this flier. (No limit to the bookings you make for this benefit!)
And lastly, I will be out of the office until Wednesday, October 13th, enjoying a visit with my newest niece! You can be sure to see some photos in the near future.... =) All emails and phone calls will be returned next Wednesday. Thanks, folks! 
This photo warms my heart.... I love it when a big sibling shows such sweet affection for their baby.
It could have been a tricky session with twin 2-year-olds and a baby, but mom and dad were great at keeping the mood light. We played some hide-and-seek, peek-a-boo, went exploring in search of ducks and birds, and even did some running around in the grass. In the midst of all this fun we got many adorable shots of the kiddos with big smiles - great job, mom and dad!
And dad and sons (I love that one is peeking back at the camera!)....
I am so excited to show you all of the beautiful shots (and candids!) we got, H. family. There are so many more fabulous ones...it was hard to share just a few here! Thanks for such a fun session!
Mom and Dad said she loved playing with things like this strand of pearls I had sitting nearby (I had been thinking that little Miss A. would be a pearl kind of girl!). Boy, did she ever love these pearls! She shook them, chewed on them, and had a giggling good time while wearing them! 
We also got some family shots outside....
I loved the fall-inspired clothes they wore! Dark brown, dusty-rose pink, and cream...gorgeous, and a great color-combo for a family shoot. (I especially LOVED mom's brown scarf and bracelet - great way to tie it all together.)
