This is part three of my Fall Wardrobe Inspiration.
Accessories - (headband from Adam's Blankie, yellow wedge shoes).
Layers, military-inspired vest, boots.
Texture - the detail and texture in this military-inspired denim vest is great for layering and adding interest.
Layering, color, belts, sneakers.
Throw a belt over your shirt and sweater, or just over the shirt.
This mix of color may not normally be what you would pull out of your closet. Experiment a bit with color when planning your session wardrobe. Look at ads for fresh color combinations, like the lime green, navy blue, gray, and brown in this wardrobe.
(Here is a funny side-note - our original intent had been to do skinny dark-wash jeans with this outfit. However, the jeans were accidently left at home. The casual sweats Cienna was wearing ended up looking super-cute, and added a fun twist to the outfit!)
Hats, layering.
Fedora hats are everywhere, and look incredible on guys, girls, and kiddos. They don't shade the face too much for your photo shoot, and they add a fashionable look to your wardrobe. I've seen some cute and inexpensive ones at H&M, Old Navy, and Target.
Texture.
Spruce-up a neutral-colored wardrobe with texture or layers. The zippers on the the shoulders of the cream top, and the slight gathers at the waist, make this top anything but boring.
The formal dress, though also a neutral pallet, photographs wonderfully with the sheer overlay, intricate lace waist, and Kayleigh's pop of nail color!
Belts, boots - great ways to accessorize and add dimension.
